4-time USA Volleyball Gold Medal winning coach Colton Naill enters his 6th campaign with Tstreet Volleyball Club, serving as the Head Coach for 18-2s and Supervisor for Elite Beach Volleyball . Colton brings a strong foundation with the USA Volleyball & Gold Medal Squared programs along with NCAA Division 1 playing experience to Tstreet. Colton additionally takes on marketing and design duties for the club, and has coached Tweens, Youth Clinics, Summer Camps and TPCs.

In 2018, Colton assisted 18-Troy, who finished 11th in 18 Open, 2nd in SCVA, and 16 Mike who finished 27th in 16 Open and 2nd in SCVA.  In 2017, Colton’s 13-1s won the 2017 Volleyball Festival 13s Division Gold Medal. Colton also assisted 16-Mike, who finished #1 in the SCVA. In 2016, Colton was Head Coach of the 17-1s, finishing second in the SCVA 17s Division, and 5th overall in 17/18s. In 2015, Colton Head Coached the 17-1s and won Tstreet’s first ever USAV Gold Medal in the USA Division of the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships in New Orleans.

Trained as an opposite and middle blocker, Colton has seen what it takes to compete at the national level and is committed to sharing all the knowledge he acquired along the way.  Colton was All-State for Central York High School, and went on to compete for Division 1 George Mason University in the EIVA under Head Coach Fred Chao from 2007-2011. It was post-graduation where Colton first coached NVVA (Northern Virginia Volleyball Association) Boys 14s to a 7th place finish in the East Coast Championships and a 19th place finish in the 14 Open Division of the 2013 USA Volleyball Boys Junior National Championships in Reno.

Colton moved west from DC to California in the fall of 2013 and got right to work for Tstreet, Head Coaching 12-3s and Assisting 17-Eric, finishing 5th in the National Division of the 2014 USA Volleyball Girls National Championships in Minneapolis.

In addition to coaching at Tstreet, Colton has been coaching with Balboa Bay Volleyball Club since 2013, and has won Gold 3 years in a row, most recently as the Head Coach for 17-2 in the 17 USA Division and twice as a National Championship Assistant Coach. Colton assisted 18-1 in 2017 18 Open in Columbus and 17-1 in 2016 17 Open in Dallas. Colton is also the Creative Director for Balboa Bay.

Colton began playing doubles volleyball with his Dad in his hometown York, Pennsylvania, and still makes it back east for grass tournaments every summer. Colton cites the Pottstown Rumble as his favorite day of the year, and enjoys spinning classic records, surfing frozen waves and spending time with his wife Lauren, dog Brody & cat Suzy Lee.
