Britta Tejada


With Tstreet since 2021


Britta Tejada is in her second year coaching for Tstreet. Britta started her coaching career at
Centennial High School where she was the head girls JV coach from 2007-2012 and the head
boys JV coach in 2013. In 2013, she accepted a teaching position at Palo Verde High School
where she became the head boys and girls JV coach for the 2013-2014 school year. In 2014
Britta became the assistant varsity coach for both the boys and girls programs. In that time the
girls program has had 7 playoff appearances, 2 regional championships and 2 state
appearances. The boys program has had 6 playoff appearances, 2 regional championships, 5
state appearances and 3 state championships. Britta has coached a few years of club over the
past 14 years. In 2019, Britta coached the 18’s team for DigThis. They won the Golden State
Qualifier in the USA division and received a bid to nationals.

Britta Tejada was born and raised in Las Vegas and played volleyball while in high school. After
getting her Bachelor’s degree from Southern Utah University she moved back to Las Vegas to
teach. Currently she is teaching Math and coaching at Palo Verde High School. When she is not
teaching or coaching she enjoys being outdoors and reading.
